Please help me help my daughter

My daughter Jen was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis 2 1/2 years ago. It has been  a dramatic and progressive down hill  slide the past year as all the various medication attempts have been unsucessful and have had  negative impacts. This past September she fell and had a compression fracture in her spine. A couple weeks later she developed a kidney stone which became blocked and caused her to go septic. While in the hospital an over zealous  physical therapist as well as long term medicine use caused her two additional compression fractures in her spine.  We almost lost her....Ventilator, ICU for 6 days and a 2 month hospital stay.  Then 2 weeks in rehab.
She's now home but far less than a suitable environment.  She is using a walker,  wheelchair and has a hospital bed in the dining room.  She is only able to take sponge baths at  the kitchen sink and use the powder room on the first floor because she is unable to do the stairs.  She has come a long way and is more positive than I can even believe.  We all hope and pray that this will only be temporary.  However, there's a very long road ahead.
She was a 12 year pharmacy tech and has lost everything.  She had to leave her job because she was no longer able to literally stand on her feet the hours required for the job due to the pain.  She lost her vehicle due to finances and the inability to safely drive.  She cashed in her 410k and annuity to survive.  She has lost everything and the bills keep coming.
About two years ago she applied for long term disability and was declined.  She was only 32 and was without an attorney.  She has filed an appeal with an advocate and was told 18-24 months.  She is at 18 months now and received a letter today saying her hearing will be within the next 9 months.
Her fiance has been loyal and far more than supportive through it all.  I'll be proud to call him son-in-law.   He works a seasonal job and helps his 78yr old grandfather maintain his farm.
My wife and I have done everything in our power for her.  Physically and emotionally we are struggling but financially we can only do so much.  My wife has been on FMLA since the end of Sept. and planning to return after the new year.
I AM NOT ASKING FOR HELP FOR ME!
It's all for her.
I'm embarrassed and ashamed for not being able to do more for her.
I don't what else I can do but ask for help for her.
Jen is more important than my pride.
She is unaware that I am doing this and I'm probably going to be in trouble.
If all you can do is pray for her please do .
