Kristen was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer. We have been told that she is triple negative type, which means it’s aggressive and will not respond to hormone therapy. It’s suspected to have gone into her lymph node under her left arm as well. So, for the next 4-6 months she will be undergoing chemo therapy, and seeing how much they can reduce the cancer cells infiltrating her tissue. Then, on to a double mastectomy.
