Dizzy is a rescue dog that was on the TBD list on NY City ACC. We were led to believe her inability to walk straight was the result of an inner ear infection. It was since then discovered that she may have a tumor or cancer in the brain. Also discovered she's deaf. Need help raising money for an MRI to figure out treatment.
