Last September Courtney was diagnosed with a brain tumor.  Like a champ she overcame that challenge, but she has had to battle the disease ever since.  

She has entered the final stage of her life and her husband Matt and her two boys Shawn and Tyler could use support to alleviate some of the immediate challenges they will need to face.

Any support at this very difficult time will be greatly appreciated.  All funds will be given directly to Matt.
