Rebuilding After Hurricane Maria

As many of us know the island of PUERTO RICO was hit by two hurricanes back to back. The first one was Irma, a category 4 hurricane. Then two weeks later and before they could recover from that, Puerto Rico was hit again. Maria was a catastrophic category 5 hurricane. These two hurricanes devastated my beautiful island.
I Damaris Fernandez am currently living in Brooklyn, NY. I was raised in Puerto Rico, in a small town called Toa Baja. Where my parents Maria and Victor Fernandez still reside.
Unfortunately my childhood home was severely damaged and since the amount of damage the island received was unprecedented, it is going to take quite some time for FEMA to even get to my parents home to assess the damage.
My plans for the donations are to withdraw the money from this campaign and deposit it in my parents account. So that they are able to start the rebuilding of their home.
So, I am humbly asking for help. Each and every contribution made will help my parents be closer to having their house rebuilt.
