Daisy's CANCER battle Fund

For those of you that know me, everyone describes me as being caring, humble, workaholic, over all healthy, mother of two who always puts others first before herself. Being in the medical field for 9 years never did I think something like this would happen to me,after all I was the one who always cared for others. On July 12th,2018 a biospy was performed and shortly after It was confirmed to me the unexpected.The 5 letter word that no one wants to hear. With no one by my side except my kids and dad in the waiting room it was confirmed to me that the mass I have is Stage 2b Cervical Cancer. I remember vividly feeling helpless and I must admit I entered depression. Of course my family, friends and coworkers have been supportive but I had to seek bigger help and attending church on a regular basis is what helped me overcome the battle of giving up. I needed prayers and God more than anything durning this hardship.I never once blamed God because after he loves us. I just couldn't imagine my kids without me. I experienced it all, total shock, denial and fear of death. I'm proud to say that after 7 weeks I've gained my faith back and can proudly say that I'm ready to fight this! I'm ready to let everyone know my health condition without feeling ashamed. The next several weeks will be the most challenging ones for my as well as my entire family.Surgery date to remove mass and right lymph node that has been effected will be on sept 12th,2018. Radiation/ and possibly chemo treatments will follow 5 weeks after 5 days a week for 5 consecutive weeks. Godwilling, I pray that I'll only need 5 weeks of treatment and not more. I ask everyone more than anything to keep me and my family in your prayers,but like you all know I need your help and have setup this gofundme account to cover my families expenses for we all know that no one is prepared for unexpected hardships.
