Ian’s Fight Against Cancer

Ian is in a fight for his life battling Stage IV Esophageal Cancer; diagnosed in September 2016.
Ian is currently at a point in his care where we no longer have treatment options at this point. Ian is a devoted husband and father of 3 who has worked hard his entire life. He has been blessed with a job at Felderman Design and Build for many years now and they have been more than generous to us financially and in so many other ways throughout these past two years. Ian has been unable to work since January 2018 due to metastatic brain cancer unfortunately. Ian is able to receive his social security benefits that he has paid into since he started working at 15. Being able to receive these benefits has helped us out very much but obviously is not even close to the annual income Ian was receiving and therefore we have had a significant decline in our annual income. I have required to take many days off from work over these past two years to be with Ian for procedures, appointments, scans, treatments, you name it, but there is no other place I would rather be than right there by his side every step of the way. Unfortunately many of those days throughout the past two years have been without pay due to exhausting my PTO with so many days required off. However, thankfully, I have some wonderful co-workers who have generously donated some of their PTO hours over the past two years and that has helped us out tremendously and I seriously do not know what I would do without all those kind souls. We would just like to ask you to please consider donating to our campaign. We would greatly appreciate any financial gift you would consider offering at this time to help maintain our general finances. We will be paying the medical bills for the next 100 years so that is not what we are asking assistance with at this time. Most of the medical facilities Ian has received treatment have agreed for us to make low monthly payments on the bills and that is just how it is going to have to remain for a very long time, I am thankful they are at least accommodating and allowing us to make monthly payments. We really could just use some extra help with our general finances at this time and anything you would consider donating to our family would be of great help honestly. We would like to thank all of you who have donated thus far to our campaign and to those who have sent checks or met privately with Ian with donations when we started this campaign.
