Please Help our Puppy!

Our poor little Chihuahua Peanut was playing on the bed and fell off, breaking his jaw.  Our vet said that we could try a muzzle and a cone for a couple months, but that the better option would be surgery.  We tried the first option, but after a few days he had a panic attack and tore it off.  Thankfully we were home at the time, as he got caught in the cone and was screaming and thrashing, and had to be rescued.  Surgery is going to be 3000 dollars, but we cannot afford that, and the only alternative is to end his suffering.  He is a perfectly healthy and happy little dog.  Please help us save our pet! Any money that is raised over and above the cost of our vet bills will be donated to another similar gofundme campaign or to an animal related charity such as a no-kill shelter.
