Fight Cancer with Lonnie Shippee

Lonnie Shippee, an alumnnus at SUNY Potsdam, has been struggling with cancer since April of 2017. His stage three colon cancer has recently progressed to stage four abdominal cancer, raising his medical expenses and other expenses resulting from cancer. While going through multiple surgeries, chemo, and appointment after appointment, working has been impossible. On Saturday, October 27th at 4pm, at the Potsdam Presbyterian Church (42 Elm Street), we will be holding a benefit to further support him. All proceeds will go to Lonnie and his family as they continue this fight with more surgery and chemo on the horizon.This benefit will include a spaghetti dinner, desserts, an auction and a 50/50 raffle.
