Help Save My Prinni Girl

I am frantically looking for any help or advice you can offer. My beautiful Prinni girl is sick and I have taken her to 4 different emergency vet appointments in the last 2 weeks. I am a widow(8/6/17) who wasn't lucky enough to have children, but 2 months before his passing my husband rescued Prinni and our recently deceased boy dog, Black, I am unemployed as of Thursday.. This all started with her not going bathroom, I called all emergency vets around me and the only place I could get into was Banfield in Monaca, they did a urinalysis and said she had a uti... gave antibiotics and anti-inflammatory. 2 days later she had rapid breathing and excessive panting, Banfield told me that I have to go to an emergency clinic so I scheduled with Seven Fields animal hospital, they did blood work and xrays to check for pyometra all clear, then they tested for lyme disease, also negative, told me to finish the meds from Banfield... about 4-5 days later she starts vomiting and stops eating, back to Seven Fields we went, they did an ultrasound and gave IV fluids, still found nothing seriously wrong with her, said looks like a slight fever and possible GI infection, sent us home. 5 days pass and she hasn't held a single meal down and hasn't pooped at all. Called Seven Fields back the Dr never returned my phone call. Only place I could get to and quickly was Dr Caldwell in New Brighton yesterday morning, he says he doesn't see anything wrong with her gave anti nausea meds and bland canned food... but she is getting weaker and won't play or run or even enjoy walks, I don't know what I can do from here, I have literally spent everything I had saved to the point I can't get my car fixed now. .. I applied for care credit and scratch pay, as well as a vet loan with Wells Fargo and have been denied for everything, I have borrowed from anyone and everyone that is willing to help and exhausted all other options I can think of... I can't lose her, she is all I have left in this world, the only reason I wake up in the mornings.. after speaking with several people, general idea is that she has a blockage and needs emergency treatment at PVSEC. So I am making this in hopes that anyone reading can help me save my baby.
