Inez’s Memorial Fund

Hello everyone, I’m Bri, the oldest daughter of Inez Redd. My sweet mother was battling an incurable cancer called Multiple Myeloma for the last 2.5 years since February of 2016. She had the warmest and most loving heart of anyone I’ve ever known. A young mother of 4 beautiful kids, the best grandmother to 1 grandchild and 2 grandkids on the way, a wife to an amazing man named Adam Redd. She was also a daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, and dear friend to infinite amount of people. She was known to always put others before herself, always had high spirits, and had the heart of God. Unfortunately, in June of 2018 she ended up in the hospital with a serious case of meningitis called coccidioidomycosis and encephalitis, resulting in her having 4 strokes while admitted in there, leaving her immobile and having to do therapy while she was there to gain some mobility back. She underwent 4 brain surgeries while in there to try to cure this fungal infection. Tons of MRI’s, Ultrasounds, CT scans, transfusions, medications, etc. Still, nothing was helping her get better. My mother was in the hospital for just under 3 months, battling with yet another health issue on top of her cancer. She was a fighter! On August 28th, 2018 my mother passed in the hospital with her husband present. The day of her passing was tragic for all of her kids and family, because it was the day we all arrived to South Carolina to see my youngest brother graduate from the military, a moment she so desperately wanted to experience. We are asking for help in raising money for my mothers funeral expenses, hospital bills, and lost hours of work of her husband.
