Little Miss Sanders

This page has been set up on behalf of Scott and Jaclyn Sanders. They are expecting a sweet little girl in early December and just found out their daughter has hypoplastic left heart syndrome. Long term prognosis is good, as long as she can handle the first surgery (chances are good). She’ll have three open heart surgeries - at 4-5 days, 4-6 months, and 2-4 years. This is going to be a long journey for them as they care for their son, James and for their sweet daughter whilst she undergoes three open heart surgeries. They’ll need your prayers and support through these next couple of years! We’re so thankful that there shouldn’t be any long term issues.Even with this difficult prognosis, the Lord has shown Himself gracious in the support of an excellent medical staff to care for Jaclyn and their little miss throughout the rest of the pregnancy and after during recovery and the surgeries that lie ahead, but more importantly: peace for Scott and Jaclyn as they face many unknowns for their daughter and family in the coming years. We’re so thankful for the precious girl and the joy she is already! Since these three surgeries fall into three calendar years, Scott and Jaclyn will be hitting their insurance deductible each year, which from our understanding at this point is $13,000, without prescriptions, medical supplies needed at home, etc. We would love to help them out in whatever way we can, whether that’s by our prayers, and/or financially giving here.
