Veteran, Charles Miller Funeral

My brother passed away unexpectedly this morning. He was blind for 7 years. He served in the Navy in 1973. He was 63 years old. He had a lot of health problems. As a family, we just want to say goodbye to our brother and have him honored with a military salute. I am not the kind of person to reach out for money but I don’t know what else to do. One dollar would go far. My husband and I have to fly up PA and we can pay those expenses. My mom, dad, younger brother passed away. My sister and I are now the two remaining family members.
