Caring for Cora's Heart

Please help support Cora's amazing family as they wait for Cora's new heart. Cora has a rare congenital heart defect called Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. The family recently completed a trip from Western Mass and journey up to Boston for Cora's 5th open heart surgery. Many of you have offered love and support to them over this past 4 year journey full of ups and downs. Like me, I'm sure you felt powerless to truly help them in a tangible way. These funds will allow them to focus 100% on Cora through this next leg of their journey. Cora is on the transplant list waiting for her new heart.
