Kidney Transplant for Tom Drumm

Tommy Drumm, at age 35 was diagnosed with kidney failure, and is in desperate need of a kidney transplant. August 26, 2010 he underwent quintuple bypass surgery which almost took his life. Three years and 25+ hospital visits later due to kidney related issues and a match was right in front of his face the entire time!
