Samuel Adansi-Bonda a.k.a Zibi Fund

Samuel Adansi-Bonda, a.k.a Zibi, on the morning of Friday, August 17th 2018, was fit and healthy. On the mentioned date Zibi did what he loves best, which was teaching his students, according to his son Andrew. After classes he shared jokes with people around him like workers at the school canteen and a few students of Accra Academy. Later on during that day he went home and then asked his son Andrew to pick up some food for him from the school canteen, whilst attending a second class with his students.
Soon the food was brought to him, however, Zibi refused to consume the food and rather complained of weakness. He then started to walk at a very slow pace. From there he became weaker and weaker. Andrew then suggested to him to visit the hospital. Zibi stated he did not have enough money on him for transportation. Andrew went to the school credit union to try and withdraw some cash, but fell short. He then returned back home to inform his dad. Andrew then went for a taxi so he could get his dad admitted at the hospital.
Upon his arrival with the taxi, Zibi was laying on the ground, outside their home with his eyes closed and teeth tightly shut. Andrew was able to yell for to get Zibi rushed to cocoa clinic. Zibi passed on later that evening at the hospital.
Fellow Bleoobii, this news was met with great sadness, especially for all who just met him a week or less before his sudden death. We can all understand the stress and hardship that comes with his death. I therefore plead with each and everyone to please show support to the family if you are able.
The focus of this fund is in part to support, the family during this difficult time and also set some funds apart that will be used to create a monument in his name. All efforts to show your support will be greatly appreciated.
