Help Pay For Monica's Medical Bills

Hello everyone,
I am reaching out because I was in a car accident with a ride share car that lead to a shoulder injury that has kept me out of work for over a month. Until now I am still unable to work until I am re-evaluated on September 10. During the accident I opened my door on what I thought was an empty street, in a split second a car hit the door I was holding open, jolting my arm forward, and leaving my body in painful knots, and creating a tear in my rotator cuff. I was told to keep all of my medical bills and not to worry about payment. This made me feel safe enough to seek medical attention, fully knowing I was to be reimbursed. However, I was notified by the company's Insurance Claim Adjuster just yesterday that NONE of my bills are going to be covered, regardless of what their customer service has said to me while comforting me on the phone the time of the accident. I now have hundreds of dollars in medical bills and rising.
I have painful knots in my neck and back that will not cease, it is difficult to sit up straight for long periods of time because of the pain, and really need physical therapy. I have not been able to do simple daily things like walk around with my purse without wincing from the pain. I have been working hard to take care of myself, to heal fast to go back to work as soon as possible, but because I do not have work right now, I have used all of my PTO, I am now unable to receive physical therapy, necessary to reduce/reverse pain, because I can no longer afford to pay for it. I don't like to ask for help but I need to now, and all this has also lead a severe hit to my mental health. I am already prone to panic attacks and depression but I am now at the point where I am almost debilitated and really need help. I'm having several panic attacks a day, fits of crying, frustration and my depression is getting worse. I usually hate talking about things like this and I know a lot of other people suffer from mental illness and that there are a lot of amazing causes to donate to but I don't know where else to turn. I know I am a part of a beautiful community that helps each other when we are really hurting so I am thankful for that. Thank you for just reading, I appreciate it. This entire thing has left me tired, helpless, and in so much pain. Any amount is appreciated, even 5 dollars or just sharing the link.
I am writing to express my need to open this campaign again. Thank you for all of your help, the donations helped me receive bodywork, and helped me survive during my time away from work. I am back at work and am having trouble making ends meet due to not having insurance because due to my medical leave, I am not eligible for another three months. My medications, that I need to take daily for depression, and anxiety, that allow me to be present and capable of working, and living, and independent.
I really need help being that I am working part time and my medical bills are adding to be in the thousands.

A donation of $30 you will receive a small hand crocheted drawstring "nipple pouch" (nipples also available in different tones, and solid colors upon request) great for protecting pipes, carrying makeup or coins, stones etc.
A donation of $50 you will receive two music lessons of your choice, either: guitar, bass or voice. Lessons can also be gifted upon request. I am trained musician that studied music in college and have taught music for years.
