Birmingham Prep Cardinals

My name is Jeff Fondren. I am associated with The Birmingham Prep Cardinals Football team as a supporter of Coach Tim Sanders and the Cardinals. Birmingham Prep is committed to putting the student athlete in the best possible situation to achieve their dreams of playing at the next level while supporting their academic needs such as ACT Prep and oversight of their classes to help them become eligible to attend college. Coach Sanders has a deep commitment to put these young men in a positive atmosphere free from being cursed at so they can thrive and see there is an alternative to this type of coaching. During the season all players are required to attend Church as a team each Sunday and small group each week. 90 percent of the 2017 team became academically eligible by seasons end as a result of this program. 24 players were offered to play at the next level. Through the ministry of Birmingham Prep 7 young men made life changing decisions for Christ. The Birmingham Prep Foundation was started to aid in donations and contributions being tax deductible. The only funding for the team is football fees and donations of people such as yourself looking to give back to some overlooked young men. While I have given to many ministries both at home and abroad God chose this avenue to get me off the bench and back in the game.
