<div>Yes.. you heard that right. He will be waking up at 5am, heading to work and then topping the day off with a full marathon for 60 days straight.

<div>There will be rough nights, sore legs and significant tests to his relationships. With that in mind this is all happening for a very specific reason...

<div>Having suffered from his own personal struggles as a young man, running became a positive pathway for Mitch to reflect, connect and channel his inner pain. Through this journey of determination and reflection, Mitch has found a purpose giving back to other who may have been struggling like himself.

<div>Mitch has nominated to raise funds for Perth based youth mental health charity 20Talk. 20Talk is a youth mental health charity that helps young adults (18-30) integrate mental health tools and skills into their lives. They are all about being relatable and actually connecting to young people in a language and format they understand. Real talk, hard conversations and evidence based education.

<div>Every donation counts, and can be attributed to the following programs below:

<div>1. <strong>Mental Health Maintenance training course scholarship for a young adult:</strong> $200
</div>
<div>Puts a young adults (18-30) through a one-day Mental Health Maintenance course. This training provides young adults practical tools and skills to tackle lifes challenges.

<div>2. <strong>Targeted Change Campaign Advertisment:</strong> $1000
</div>
<div>Helps us reach 80,000 people online with one of our targeted social media ad campaigns. This gets young people curious about exploring our more comprehensive mental health education.

<div>3. <strong>Physical Banner </strong>$120
</div>
<div>Purchases a physical 20Talk banner that has a positive mental health reflection reminder on it. This banner will be installed on a fence with high car and pedestrian traffic.

<div>4. <strong>Media Equipment: </strong>15,000
</div>
<div>20Talk is currently seeking capital to upgrade our media studio in their Fremantle office. With an social media audience of over 60,000, 20Talk delivers high quality lived experience stories and professional education to their followers daily.

<div>Every donation to this campaign is going towards a small charity that really knows how to make be efficient impact.
