Hope For The Brklacich Family

No parents should ever have to live through the heartbreak of burying a child, let alone the devastation of having to endure it twice. A short 8 months ago, Bridger and Kassie met then said goodbye to their first child, a son named Rosin, just 4 days before Christmas. Kassie was almost 23 weeks along. It was completely unexpected and turned their world upside down.Imagine the joy they felt only a few short months later, as they were surprised to find out Kassie was expecting again... and not with just one, but two babies! Identical twin boys. Specialists took precautions and kept a close watch to help ensure full term gestation for the twins, but just 24 weeks into pregnancy, Riggin & Roanin were born, weighing just over one pound each. Roanin bravely battled health issues for almost 3 weeks before his Heavenly Father called him back home. As heart shattering as this has been to watch them go through losing another infant, Kassie & Bridger have tried to remain so strong for baby Riggin who is still fighting to grow and progress each day in the NICU @ Primary Children’s Hospital. As you can imagine, between hospital bedrest, surgical delivery, NICU stay, ambulance + life flight transfers to children’s hospital and 1 month of 2 babies in NICU, funeral expenses for Rosin and Roanin + many more months of an intensive NICU stay ahead for baby Riggin, & Bridger working minimal hours to be present for his family.... the looming medical expenses will be one more burden that will weigh heavily on their little family. As family members, we would love to help lighten their load in any way possible. We would be ever so grateful for anyone who can join us, to help ease this burden as well.
