Travel Trailer (Home) AC/Renovations

As many of you know, I recently transferred parks. With this, I was able to secure a camper site on park property and had to purchase a trailer. I finally found the job I absolutely love. I purchased a used trailer, and knew some renovations had to be made. After starting renovations, I have found more water damage from leaks than originally thought as well as needing to purchase a new air conditioning unit for the camper. Anyone knows the Florida summers can be quite hot, so this is desperately needed. Any help is appreciated, and if anyone knows me...knows how difficult it is for me to ask for help especially financial.
