I’m Caroline Carter, I’m the niece of Mark Carter. My uncle went missing Saturday and we got the unfortunate news that he suddenly passed.  He was a great soul and we are heartbroken.  This was very unexpected and it’s left us with funeral expenses that we are struggling to handle. If anyone could help us out and donate. Anything helps so we can prepare for a proper burial for my uncle.
