One step at a time

Tax deductible
On Sunday 18th September myself and Gavin Hayes will be taking on the Wicklow Way. This is a 130km hike starting in South Dublin and finishing in Clonegall Co. Carlow.
We will be living off the bare minimum and taking rest bite in forests along the way. All in aid of our chosen charity - Suicide or Survive.

This is a mental and physical challenge similar to life at times. We hope to raise awareness and remind people of the resilience they hold inside themselves.

Gavin and I both began hiking as an escape and have since come to understand the benefits it has had on our minds. Each hike is a constant reminder that we can get ourselves out of anything with a positive mindset & self belief. This correlates with everything else in life, it all comes back to our way of thinking.

One step at a time - the title of our endeavour, meaning no matter how difficult it gets we have to keep going, one step at a time.

We hope you can support us with this & help us to raise funds for a very deserving charity Suicide or Survive who work endlessly to help people find their resilience & self belief.
