Izzie Needs Surgery For Broken Leg

Izzie is a sweet 4 yr old golden who ran into an unfortunate circumstance late Saturday evening. While with her family, she got loose and began chasing an Amish Buggy which led to being struck by a car. Her family took her to the emergency hospital but the extent of her injuries requires surgery by an orthopedic surgeon. When learning of all their options and costs, they were afraid their only option was to euthanize their precious girl. Friends stepped in and contacted the President of Luvnpupz to help. We spoke with the doctors and reviewed the case. In speaking with the owners, the heartbreaking decision was made to surrender her to Luvnpupz to help her. With the extreme circumstances, large costs and possibility of complications, we needed to have control of her care and costs. We spent $3000 Sunday to have it set and get her prepared for the surgery under the best care that could be provided. We recieved the formal quote low end is $7110.56 and high end is $7312.76. We are hoping that the community will come together to help pay for her costs. She will need months of recovery and therapy, but we couldn't look into those eyes and allow her to not be treated.
