Lidia's breast cancer fund

October of 2012, I was unexpectedly diagnosed with an aggressive cancer known as inflammatory breast cancer. Since then, I have been undergoing chemotherapy, surgeries, radiation, and numerous trips to see Doctors as the cancer metastasized to my brain, and then my skin. Because of the treatment and trips to the Doctor, at times I get very weak and sick and am unable to work. Before this happened, I was taking courses at a community college in order to get a better job and make a better living for my four children right after the tragedy of my husband passing away. Due to my treatment and having to attend multiple Doctors visits, I am also currently unable to attend college courses until I get better. I am staying strong and hopeful that I will get better because I will not give up on my battle or my children. I am grateful for my children as they undergo stress and pain trying to help me as much as they can. It burdens me to see them go through this pressure because of what has happened to me. However, we cannot do this alone, and am the rare type of person to ask for help like this but I am afraid I have no other options as medical and home bills are piling up while praying for a miracle.
