Kiahs Family Fund

I have set this fund up on behalf of my beautiful daughter Kiah, she needs our help. In 2014 Kiah bravely faced and fought Stage 3 breast cancer. She endured 18 months of intensive treatment which included chemotherapy, radiotherapy and surgeries. We thought she was one of the lucky ones to have won the battle against this indiscrimate disease and life returned to normal. She continued to raise her two boys,as single parent and returned to work as a disability care worker. She then met a wonderful man and fulfilled her dream of having a baby girl on Valentine's Day this year. However on the 31st July she was told her cancer had returned and this time had spread to her liver, she now has Stage 4 breast cancer. This time there is no cure and treatment will recommence and continue for the rest of her life. There are no words to describe the shock and devastation that those closest to Kiah have experienced since this diagnosis. However Kiah is bravely facing the reality of this diagnosis and her concern now is for the future well being and stability of her children and that of her partners. Kiahs partner is facing very expensive legal and visa application fees, totalling more than $12000 for him to remain in Australia. While they had been trying to raise sufficient funds to address this matter, the issue has become much more urgent since this latest diagnosis. Kiah is very concerned about this and needs to know that he may remain in Australia to raise their daughter. This issue is weighing heavily on my daughter's mind and while we are trying to fund raise locally to pay these fees, this total seems a distant possibility at this stage. Kiah was hesitant to let me begin this fund and would never ask for herself. However I could not sit by and see my daughter so concerned and worried about her children's future stability when she has enough to endure. All donations big or small would be greatly appreciated and will go directly to easing Kiahs mind about her children's future and well being. Thanking you all in advance.
