Baby William Mitchell

Hello Everyone,As many of you know, my Sister, Catherine & Brother-In-Law, Jacques, just gave birth to a beautiful baby boy! William Jacques Walker Mitchell.Catherine was admitted into the hospital on July 11th at 26 weeks with a ruptured amniotic sac. She remained in the hospital & blessedly continued the pregnancy until exactly the 30 week mark, when William was far too excited to greet the world and share Daddy’s Birthday. On August 4th at 12:54am, William arrived weighing 3lbs 3oz, tiny but extraordinarily mighty!It is estimated that William will need to remain in the NICU for the next 6-8 weeks.There have been some unexpected medical expenses (as you might imagine) & loss of work time for both Jacques & Catherine. In addition, Catherine’s extended hospital stay and William’s early arrival, prevented them from making all the necessary baby preparations. I would love to help with creating a bit of a financial cushion to assist them during this time. They are commuting daily from Jersey City to Morristown to bond with William as much as possible while trying to balance work, new expenses, regular monthly expenses and preparing for William to arrive at Home.Catherine is consulting with the NICU nurses to update their registry, so, additionally, if you would like to have access to the registry, please message me and I will provide a link when it is available.Thank you for the overwhelming outpouring of love and prayers. I know Catherine, Jacques & William are incredibly grateful and are lifted up daily! William is doing wonderfully and is already off his IV, CPAP & Photo therapy. All the nurses fight over him and always remark on how adorable he is (and we totally agree!)
