Oakleys surgery

Oakley is an incredible dog and I love him so much! He has a foreign object stuck in his intestine! Oakley needs a life saving surgery costing over 4500$, I have exhausted all of my options and there is really nothing else I can do, all the vet visits thus far have drained my financess to nothing and I am at a loss for words. This dog is my entire life, I dont want to live my life without him. Please if you can help with anything at all I will be forever in your debt.
