Help me represent Australia

Hi my Name is Abbey-may Iam 16 years old and I have spastic diplegic cerebral palsy which basically means that I have really tight muscles in my legs which affects the way my hole body works it also means that I have pain all over my body and I can not walk on my own so I need to use a walking frame to get around.
I have had surgery to fuse my ankles and also had both my hips broken and put back in and are screwed into place to try and make walking a little easier.
But guess what I really love to swim and I have just found out that I have qualified for the Cerebral palsy games which are being held in Spain In August 2018 !!! But to make my Dream of representing Australia in the CP games come true I need your help as it's not cheap!!!
It will cost me around $7000 all up with accommodation,airfares and entry fees The race suits cost between $650-$900 alone.
So if you can help me reach my goal It would mean the world to me to represent our beautiful country and make you all proud.
