Illinois Ambassadors of Music 2020

Hi, my name is Kassidy Lester, and I'm a junior in high school in Illinois. I was nominated by my choir director to participate in the Illinois Ambassadors of Music Europe Tour 2020. It will be a 16 day trip to seven countries in Europe (England, France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Austria and Liechtenstein). We will be performing concerts in each of these countries and will be learning about the history and cultures of each location that we visit. 

I have been working at Olive Garden since July 2019 to raise funds for the trip. The total cost is expected to be almost $7,000, and I expect that I will have raised $3,000 from my job. I'm asking for donations to cover the remaining $4,000.

My plan is to blog about my experiences during this once in a lifetime trip.
