Timothy Polk Memorial Service

On August 2nd, we lost Timothy Polk, a beloved son, brother, friend and also my father. My family and I are trying to raise at least $2,000 for funeral expenses due to his untimely departure by Wednesday, August 8, 2018. His funeral will take place the following Friday.
