On Christmas Day 2013, Joe suffered his 3rd stroke, he is currently out of work and in the hospital again.
Joe already exhausted his sick time, Disability won't kick in for 6-8 weeks and he is still trying to recover financially from the last event.
We are doing this because Joe does not quailify for "Sick Leave Donations from Staff" because his condition is not terminal (a blessing).
