Let's Bring the Frye Family Together!

Terrrie Frye has been one of San Francisco's most lovable activists for many years. Even though she doesn't have a lot, she puts in what she does have . . . time and care. She dedicates her time and energy to helping renters and low income tenants understand their rights with the Housing Rights Committee of San Francisco, engaging voters with the Harvey Milk LGBT Democratic Club, and so many other progressive causes.
Terrrie hasn't been able to get back to Pennsylvania to see her family in about 5 years and she has two young great grandchildren who she still hasn't been able to meet.
Because of health restrictions, Terrrie can't fly which means that she has to take the long train ride across the country to get to Pennsylvania. But trains aren't cheap. Even at a senior rate, it would cost over $2,000 round trip. It's wrong for families to be kept apart because of financial constraints, especially during the holidays.
Even if we can't bring the Frye family in time for Christmas day, we can at least try raise enough get her home to have some special time with her family.
