Pancreas, Kidneys and My Wife

Hi my name is Noelmo Melo. My wife Kellie Melo has been diagnosed with kidney failure. The kidney failure was due to diabetes and pregnancy. After being diabetic for 18 years during our fourth pregnancy, doctors advised her to have an abortion at 15 weeks to prevent raising medical complications but we did not have the heart to do so.  Since we decided to have the baby, a plan was formulated to deliver the baby at 28 weeks soon after her kidneys failed. We been through so much , there were times we thought she wasn't going to make it another day. We prayed a lot also. My wife has been hospitalized so much and even at one point after starting dialysis her heart started to fail and had to get a defibrillator. She’s currently on dialysis 3 times a week, almost 4 long years have passed and it’s been very hard on us. Dialysis is a temporary solution and we desperately need this transplant.  We are now seeking to get a pancreas/kidney transplant and need financial help. My wife is my hero, the mother of our 4 children please help us. I am so proud and lucky to have such a strong woman by my side that decided to keep my daughter with all the odds against her and my daughter , not knowing if she would make it or my angel Nalani. My wife is suffering on dialysis , she has a lot of body pain and nausea that she usually is hospitalized or bed bound. I just want to see her happy again and I believe with this transplant that will happen. Thank you for your help god bless you guys.
