Dozer's Knee Surgery

I rescued Dozer last year around Thanksgiving when I found him abandoned and left tied up to a tree in an industrial area for an unknown time.  He was malnourished and had a limp with his rear leg.  I had to bring him into my home and show him the love that he deserved.  After taking him to the vet I found out that he has a broken knee and is in need of surgery.  It has become urgent as the rest of his leg is starting to be affected and swollen.  I know that this year has been rough for everyone but I am appreciative of any help I can get to get this loving boy back to a healthy state and to be able to play with his sister Blossom.

First of all, thank you to everyone who has donated this far, and a special thank you to those who have offered their help and services, which we have unfortunately been unable to use so far. Our neighbor has been monumental in getting this going for Dozer, and has been setting up appointments for consult with a surgeon to get Dozer in and finally get his operation taken care of. We are hoping to get him in by March so he can have time to heal up before lockdown ends and summer is here. 

He loves all the attention he gets, and just wants to be everyone’s best friend! Not a single grumpy bone in his body! Please help him get a chance to have his leg back!
