Getting My Life on Track

hello everyone, I am a combat vet living on a small fixed income of my VA disability (that might get cut even smaller if the new bill goes into effect) it has been hard to find work in my area of living. But my license was suspended do to some young and stupid actions on my part. In order for me to get my license back. I need to pay back my fines and get my 1988 Jeep Cherokee XJ fixed and back on the road. In order to find good reliable work. It's taking a lot for me swallow my pride and ask for help, but I've ran out of options and don't know how else to get all this fixed without selling off all my belongings.
