<div>For 75 days starting April 1st, it’s all about discipline, consistency, and pushing past excuses. Two workouts a day, strict diet, no alcohol and no shortcuts… rain, hail or shine. 
</div>

<div>participating in this challenge will be extremely beneficial for both mine and Luke’s lives, but we aren’t just doing it for ourselves.
</div>

</div>
<div>We’re using this challenge to raise money for a cause very close to our hearts being the S.H.E Foundation. SHE supports women aswell as their families and loved ones affected by gynaecological cancer by providing care packs, raising awareness through campaigns, and building the state’s first cancer wellness centre. A place for all Tasmanians to get the support and care they need when going through such a tough time.

<div>Every day we show up for this challenge, we’re not just building stronger minds and bodies — we’re helping make a real difference in raising valuable awareness and funds for gynaecological cancers.
