Kiran Nadikudi-Liver Transplantation

Hello friends,
I am writing this story on behalf of a friend who hails from my village. Kiran is a very smart and intelligent kid and he needs your help to live long. Their family is uncertain of his issue with liver until they found that Kiran has swollen hands and legs all of a sudden over night. The disease is called Wilson's disease with chronic liver (CLD) which needs immediate liver transplantation. This kid doesn’t have more time. He needs this done in a month. His mother is donating her liver to Kiran and right now the tests are complete and waiting for results.
I urge you all to graciously donate as much as you can so Kiran and his family can lead their life happily.
Money can be earned any day by a lost life cannot be bright back no matter how much you spend.

“My name is paparao and my wife name is Madhulatha from Janapadu village, Piduguralla District, Guntur - Andhrapradesh.we are having two sons. My elder son Kiran kumar aged 8 years is suffering from wilson's disease with chronic Liver disease. To perform the operation we will require a donar, as we could not found any donar, my wife Madhulatha is ready to donate for Liver Transplantation. For all medical tests and surgery, the estimated cost is Rs 25, 00,000 (twenty five lakhs rupees). We have paid more than Rs. 2 lakhs so far for medical tests and medicine. Help me save my son.
