Raising money for Falcone & family

Hello my name is Gianna Capasso, this GoFundMe page is dedicated to someone who is very close to me, his name is Nicolas Falcone. He was recently diagnosed with a rare kidney disease that most people don’t make it out of without proper treatment they give a 50-75% percent chance. To somebody who has been let go of there job and there family struggles to help and debt becomes an issue, this is when the community needs to come together and help raise donations, where any amount can help. The picture above is just the smallest part of it , but it effects the whole body and on days like this it becomes a struggle for everyone.Myself knowing him so well sees the struggle and pain within him and his family everyday, so i ask from the bottom of my heart to contribute anything you can because the littlest amount can help make this family has some ease. For someone who has delt with kidney issues her whole life it wasn’t until recently i became aware of the disease known as FSGS, which stand for Focal segmental glomerulosclerosis. To more inform you this disease is a cause of nephrotic syndrome in children and adolescents, as well as a leading cause of kidney failure in adults. It is also known as focal nodular glomerulosclerosis". It accounts for about a sixth of the cases of nephrotic syndrome. Minimal change disease (MCD) is by far the most common cause of nephrotic syndrome in children: MCD and primary FSGS may have a similar cause. In laments term what happens is the body doesn’t filter the protein through the kidneys and it causes edema and swelling of other body parts. This has stopped him from not being able to do work and do every day activities. This may not sound serious but it is. No one should have to live with the worries of medical bills on top of being sick.
