Aliyah's Transition Journey

Hi, my name is Aliyah Jennings. I am a transgender woman who needs help medically transitioning. I've stared my journey a while ago and have paid for most it myself. I'm starting to realize that there is no possible way to maintain a healthy transition while keeping myself financially stable. Any help towards my goal would change my life and I would use it for gender affirming procedures and hormone therapy treatments. I am so grateful for any support of any kind.
