The University of Connecticut Swimming & Diving team needs your help!
A few weeks ago, UConn athletics was mandated by the university administration to reduce the total athletic department budget by $10 million by 2023. It appears now that this cannot be done without significant reductions. The UConn Swimming & Diving program is at risk for elimination. As friends, family and alumni of the program, we need to help PROTECT the program in an effort to ensure the team's continued operation.
No matter the amount, whatever you can donate will go a long way in ensuring the program's future. The money raised through this campaign will go towards supporting the program's operating and other associated costs. These dollars will have a direct impact to the UConn Swimming & Diving team!
If we cannot protect the program through our campaigns proceeds from this effort will go to Swim Across America, a cancer research charity that UConn Swimming & Diving has supported for many years.
