I want to bring the simple joy of Christmas to some of my buddies at Children's Hospital. In particular my friends William and Steven.
William is battling Cancer. His Mother is recovering from Cancer. His Father was recently in a car accident and is on disability. They will soon be homeless. I would love to give them enough money to get into an apartment. Ideally, to have enough to buy some gifts.
My friend Steven is only four. He suffers from a rare disease called ALD. Last week he received a second bone marrow transplant. This Christmas when he wakes up in the hospital, I want him to be surrounded by toys having no doubt that Santa is real.
When some of my friends and comedy heroes said they wanted to help, I was humbled and created this page to make it easier for their fans to get involved. All of the money raised here will go directly to families in need. My hope is to help them pay some bills, buy some gifts, and have enough peace of mind to enjoy this Holiday Season.
If we witness a genuine Christmas Miracle and more money gets raised than expected, there are plenty more kids and families that need help.
