This year has been quite the rollercoaster ride.  New position, moved to Hendricks County, met some new family, diagnosed with Stage 4 Renal Cancer, and had major surgery.  After a month of recovery, and much prayer.  I have decided to turn my obstacle into an opportunity.  I am participating in a Spartan Sprint in Tennessee September 22nd to raise awareness about Type 1 Diabetes, and show support to those fighting for their lives.  You can help by sponsoring me in the Spartan event.  The funds will go to the foundation that my baseball family set up - KT1D “Strikeout Type 1 Diabetes”.  You can be a part of a great opportunity to help fund a clinical trial that provides hope to those fighting T1D.  Thank you for your support, and for putting others first.  #KT1D  #NoOne Fights Alone
