Mission Trip to Ghana, Africa!

Hello! My name is Mary and I have been given the opportunity to go on a mission trip to the Republic of Ghana, Africa through the organization Apostolic Youth Corps (AYC). Every year, AYC sends groups of workers to various countries to assist the missionaries there. I am thrilled to be a part of the group going to Ghana this summer!



Ghana is home to over 24 million people, 7 million of these being children 14 years and younger. Of those children, over 1 million are orphans. Our mission group will be working in an orphanage, introducing these children to the love of Jesus.

We will also be leading services in churches across Ghana, encouraging the local saints and helping out in their children's and music ministry departments. We will invite locals to church and hold street services. We will also have the opportunity to visit a local Bible college and encourage the students there.
