Help Elizabeth receive her new organs!

At only 11 months old, my beautiful angel Elizabeth Aliyah was diagnosed with Juvenile Polyposis Syndrome. I know what you're thinking, "What in the world is that?". That was exactly what we said at first. They explained to us how she was missing a chromosome that affected her stomach, small bowel, and large bowel by paving them with tumors. Only 18 other cases have been reported in the U.S, all resulting in childhood colon cancer, and ultimately, death. After 2 unsuccessful surgeries and 9 months of Intestinal Rehabilitation in Nebraska, it was then decided that the only option for Elizabeth to beat the odds, was a small bowel transplant. Elizabeth received a small bowel transplant September 16, 2013. Unfortunately, the donor organ was not suitable for Elizabeth and she rejected the graft, causing her to become gravely ill. She had to have dialysis to work for her kidneys and a ventilator to work for her lungs. She even suffered from fevers that caused seizures. Our stay in Omaha has been 4 months long and counting.
She is now living without a small or large bowel, making her depend on pumps and artificial nutrients for survival. We are working on putting her on the transplant list, but we have burned though all our savings and fundraising money on her first transplant.
We are asking for your help to make her transplant surgery possible. Her next transplant will have to consist of a small bowel, pancreas, and liver. With transplant surgeries averaging at $500,000, our insurance company will not cover a lot of her medications (averaging at $1,000 a month for the first year), and our outpatient stay (averaging at $800 a month). Please help our sweet angel have a chance at life, she is a fighter, and I am sure she will pull through once she is given the opportunity.
