Give Sylvie & her mum a new start !

Hello all,
Sylvie Sterckx and her mum Chantal lost their house and all belongings in a fire. I think we cannot imagine what it means to wake up, realizing you have nothing left but your memories. We really want to support Sylvie & Chantal and give them a new start. Especially with Christmas around the corner, they will face very difficult times. Your kind donations will enable them to renew their belongings, make a fresh start and get a grip on their life again.
Chantal is still in intesive care and will be for at least another 10 days. Months of recovery are ahead of her (unlike what's in the newspaper). Sylvie, currently staying with neighbours, is now looking for an appartment for her and her mum.

I always thought these kind of things only happen to other people, but it clearly doesn't. Just enjoy every second of your life guys and be happy with what you have! Cherish your beloved ones every little second of each day and do not wait to tell them what they mean to you and how much you love them!
You probably wonder how my brother and I are doing:
It actually feels like being in a nightmare I'll wake up from soon, but every morning and each time we see the house or mum the reality slams back very hardly in our face. But at least she survived and according to everyone who investigated the house she's been very lucky and she had no other choice than jumping out, otherwise she wouldn't have made it. Mum is also very brave and stable for the moment.
My brother and I are keeping strong thanks to the support of all our friends, family and colleagues! Being strong and keeping our heads up is the most important thing in order to help our mum getting better.
I just have no words and do not know how to thank you all, so again: thanks!
