Nitrox is a 5-year old rescued Pitbull who has been promised a new home at Spirit Animal Sanctuary in upstate New York. They have space, but WE'RE OUT OF TIME. This handsome, loving, high energy boy is in need of a structured environment (not in a city). Nitrox is owner-surrended and is currently being boarded with his loyal dog walker (who is part of this fundraising and rehoming effort). Let's get this beautiful boy to a home where he can grow and thrive - and work with the Sanctuary founder, Alan Papszycki. Our dogs have truly come home. 128 acres of forest and fields for running and playing, a river to swim in and people who will love and care for them forever. Spirit Animal Sanctuary is a no kill, home for life dog shelter. Our dogs are the dogs that other shelters and rescue groups turn away. The Sanctuary provides a home for life for unwanted, unadoptable, sick and old dogs. We currently have over sixty dogs, all of which would have been put down if not for SAS. Our dogs become part of a loving family whose life mission is to provide food, shelter, care and love for all the dogs that require our help. Our dogs don't live in individual kennels "” they live in groups with their canine and human pals.
