Do you want to change the world for the better? I plan on doing that "“ with some very solid solutions.
As I finish up my Bachelor's Degree at Florida State University, I am looking forward to my next level of education and have decided to take an alternate route from most. Years ago, I became saddened, intrigued, and empowered when working with Oxfam America and learned about our unsustainable and unjust global food system. Since then, I have been on a mission to find answers to this problem and devote my life and career to solutions. In addition to my college courses, I have taken courses in Permaculture Design on my own and believe, strongly, it is the answer. Permaculture is a design system for sustainable living and abundance based on observing and replicating the way nature works.
I am dreaming big "“ for you, for me, and for our entire planet and I need some support. I have signed up to take a three month internship with Geoff Lawton, one of the world's leading experts in Permaculture. The program starts in January 2015 and I will be going all the way to Australia to participate. I chose to work directly with Geoff Lawton because he has literally built Permaculture systems that green the deserts. And he does large scale projects worldwide using these principals to create more abundance. I want to learn from the best!
I'm dreaming for 1000 people to donate $10.00 to help me get this level of education. I'm wondering if you would be willing to support me in supporting our world. I would so appreciate your $10.00 donation and ask if you would also be willing to ask a handful of friends to do the same.
