Rufus is a 6 year old Boston Terrier who loves playing "chase me around the garden", loves singing "Happy Birthday" and can even ring a bell. But best of all, Rufus is known for flashing his famous Stink Eye.
Recently Rufus was diagnosed with a Histiocytic Saroma. The small mass was removed from his leg however this is a nasty little cancer and there is a chance that it may have spread to another organ. We have a scheduled xray and ultrasound to determine if the cancer has spread. If it hasn't spread there is a 90% chance it will come back in the same area or spread. The plan is to remove the tissue around it or amputate the leg. If it has spread then a new plan is needed. One step at a time.
