On 12/6/2013, 10-month-old Braxton Riedemann quit breathing, his heart stopped, and eventually his brain shut down. He was instantly taken to Blank Children's Hospital in Des Moines, Iowa. From there the doctors were able to resuscitate Braxton but the baby has a long road to recovery.
The baby's father is currently a full-time student at Iowa State University majoring in Meteorology. Braxton's mother is the family's only income source. However, during Braxton's recovery period his mother will be taking a leave from work to help him heal which means incoming funds for the family will be limited.
Braxton's family could really use your help during this time. Not only will the funds help pay for medical costs, but it will also help keep the family afloat during this rough patch.
